Claire Hibbard, M.S., CRC, CVE, CLCP, MSCC

Claire Hibbard is native to Jacksonville, FL and has been working as a Rehabilitation Consultant since 2001. She is a graduate of the University of North Florida masters program and has a degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.  She received her bachelor's in Communications Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida, where she completed research in analyzing and digitizing voice.  Aside from her work as a Rehabilitation Counselor, Claire is currently serving as Treasurer for the Florida State Board of IARPS (International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals) as well as the Treasurer for the Northeast Chapter. She has served as the Northeast Chapter President from 2002-2004 for IARPS and serves as a Peer Advisor to the Graduate Program at the Univeristy of North Florida since 2001.

Ms. Hibbard is responsible for providing vocational evaluations and professional consultation services.  These services include client interview, medical file review, comprehensive assessment,  and job development/placement services.  She specializes in Life Care Planning, Wage Earning Capacity Evaluations, Medicare Set-Asides, Labor Market Surveys, Medical File Review, Long Term Disability Evaluations, and Social Security Disability Eligibility Assessments.

She is also a member of the American Rehabilitation Counseling Association and National Rehabilitation Association.

Ms. Hibbard is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist, State of Florida Qualified Rehabilitation Provider, Certified Life Care Planner and a Medicare Set-Aside Specialist.
