Sherry Maddox, M.S., CRC, CVE, MSCC

Sherry Maddox began working for Spruance and Associates, Inc. in 2003. She is currently Case Manager for our Medicare Set Aside Services. She is responsible for all aspects of MSA's including comprehensive medical file review, allocation profile of future medical needs, and submission to CMS for approval.  She also has experience as a Case Manager where she provided delivery of services for over three hundred Social Security cases. 

Ms. Maddox graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She then received her masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from The University of North Florida.

Ms. Maddox is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Vocational Evaluator, Certified Medicare Set Aside Consultant, and a State of Florida Qualified Rehabilitation Provider.
